1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM MST)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over [minimum order amount] within the contiguous United States. This offer does not apply to expedited or overnight shipping.
4. Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
